1. SERVICES INCLUDED

The Officiant agrees to: Perform a short elopement ceremony at a location pre-chosen on the booking form. Coordinate brief pre-ceremony communication before ceremony starts. Sign the marriage license. File the marriage license with the appropriate county office.

3. FEES

A $25 deposit is required to hold the reservation. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation or the date and time will be released and available. Balance is due 7 days prior to the service or your service risk being canceled.

4. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

If the Couple cancels, the retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed one time if the Officiant is available. Additional travel or date-change fees may apply. If the Officiant cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, all payments will be refunded or a qualified replacement will be arranged with the Couple’s approval.

5. MARRIAGE LICENSE RESPONSIBILITY

The Couple is responsible for: Obtaining a valid marriage license 3 dates prior to Service. Bringing the license to the ceremony. Witnesses not required by Texas Law.

The Officiant is not responsible for an invalid, expired, or missing license.

6. DELAYS

If the ceremony start time is delayed more than 30 minutes, the Officiant may need to leave due to other commitments. In such case, fees are non-refundable.

7. PHOTOS & VIDEO

The Officiant may appear in photos or video taken during the ceremony. The Officiant may use non-intrusive images for professional promotion unless the Couple requests otherwise in writing.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Officiant is not responsible for weather, location access issues, vendor problems, or other circumstances outside their control. Liability is limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement.
